Aminoglutam® Gel gellable powder is a food for special medical purposes. It is indicated for dietary management in patients suffering from dysphagia and swallowing difficulties, or those who need food of a specifically determined consistency.

Aminoglutam® Gel is a food for special medical purposes. It is indicated for the dietary regime in individuals with protein malnutrition (patients with cancer, those suffering from oxidative metabolic stress, those who have undergone surgery or have acute or chronic inflammatory-degenerative diseases), to facilitate the building and restoration of muscles (senile or neoplastic sarcopenia) and tissue repair (surgical wounds, burns, bedsores, etc.).

It is recommended to take 2 sachets a day, in accordance with medical advice.

Pour the contents of one sachet into a dry glass beaker, add 80 ml of water at room temperature and mix until completely dispersed. Wait until it has reached the desired consistency (the consistency can be altered by varying the amount of water).

Consume preferably immediately after preparation, within 4 hours if kept at room temperature, or within 24 hours if kept in a refrigerator.

The product is to be taken preferably between main meals. Do not use the product parenterally.

Carton containing 30 x 25 g sachets; 1 sachet = 12.5 g of amino acids.

Monacolin, extracted from fermented red rice, is a natural substance with a cholesterol-lowering effect. It works by inhibiting the key enzyme responsible for the endogenous biosynthesis of cholesterol, which results in a reduction in the levels of total cholesterol and LDL (bad cholesterol), and an increase in HDL (good cholesterol).


Resveratrol is a phenol with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, found mainly in grape skins. It has cardioprotective properties, i.e., it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. In fact, it prevents the oxidation of harmful cholesterol, the so-called LDL (low density lipoproteins), helping to prevent atherosclerosis.


Policosanols are a blend of natural fatty alcohols contained in a waxy matrix of sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum), rice bran (Oryza Sativa) and beeswax (Apis mellifera). Policosanols act by reducing the endogenous synthesis of cholesterol and triglycerides.


Amaranth is a gluten-free pseudo-cereal, low in sugar and rich in high quality proteins. Amaranth is rich in natural antioxidants and magnesium, which lowers the risk of hypertension and heart disease, helps to relax the blood vessels, and plays an important role in hormone regulation. Owing to the presence of tocotrienols, fatty acids such as linoleic acid and phytosterols, amaranth also helps maintain low levels of “bad” cholesterol in the blood. Amaranth has a very low glycaemic index, making it particularly suitable for diabetics or those who are resistant to insulin (metabolic syndrome).

The recommended dose is 1 tablet a day, with water, preferably half an hour before meals.

Each box contains 30 tablets.

Food supplements are not intended to be a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children below 18 years or adults over 70 years.

Patients experiencing health problems should seek advice from a doctor before taking the product. People taking cholesterol-lowering medications should not consume the product.

The product should not be consumed simultaneously with other products containing fermented red rice. It is recommended to consume no more than 3 mg per day of monacolin from red rice.
